I am a big smoothie fan, as many of you know from reading though this blog.  I think that they are a great way to get your kids eating fruits and vegetable, and it's easy to sneak in some added nutrients while you're at it.  I like to add flax or chia seeds to my smoothies so that my kids get an omega burst.  We usually start off the day with small smoothies while I get breakfast started, and my kids are happy campers while I get to enjoy my coffee.

So in light of my love of smoothies, and a little extra earnings these last couple of months, I'm giving doing a smoothie giveaway bonanza.  After all, any income that I earn from this site comes from my readers checking it out, so I figured I would show a little love in return.

Here's what's in my smoothie giveaway:

I am all about smoothies! Our favorite is to combine some vanilla or chocolate protein powder (usually Juice Plus+) with some fresh fruit. Right now, my 2 year-old daughter and I are enjoying smoothies with fresh berries, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla almond milk.

I follow you on Pinterest & Facebook. I like to make smoothies with Kefir water, strawberries, peeled orange, cooked quinoa, spinach, chard or lettuce, (something green). Peaches or blueberries are equally good either in place of berries or a combination I freeze my fruit when plentiful and use it frozen.
